October was a pretty turbulent month with Google releasing the latest Penguin update on a Friday night right before the busy Christmas period.
Other than that we have seen some fantastic content published this month including lots of case studies routed with data and real world advice.

Google officially released Penguin 3 which was just a data refresh. Some people were hit and we are seeing some case studies surface already.
With the update happening it’s a good idea to brush up on your SEO ranking factor knowledge and don’t forget Panda.
